Our church times are Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. There is no set dress code, so please feel free to dress casually. When you arrive, there will always be someone at the door to warmly greet you and to answer any questions that you might have. If you have children or teenagers and you would like for them to attend children’s church or youth ministry, you can check them in prior to the start of the service. For more information about Children’s Church, including additional details regarding the check-in process, please scroll down on this page.
We always begin our church services with music and singing. During this time of praise and worship we set our focus on God and give Him thanks for all that He has done for us through Jesus. Praise and worship is then followed with an encouraging time of practical teaching from the Bible. We like to go over Bible verses during the teaching time, all of which are displayed on video screens in the church sanctuary, making it easy to follow along. Audio recordings of each message are also available at no charge though our website and on our church app.
After church, please be sure to stop by our welcome center in the main hallway for a free gift. Our team members will be there at the end of each service ready to greet you and answer any questions that you might have. Feel free to stay, visit for a while and meet some new friends. Pastors Jordan and Melissa are always available to talk as well. If you have any questions prior to your visit, you can call the church office at (630) 554-0347. You can also e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We look forward to meeting you sometime soon!
Touch screen check-in stations are located in the main hallway of the church and in the foyer just outside of the pre-school and elementary school rooms. When checking your child in for the first time, you will be asked to enter some basic information about yourself and each of your children. This information helps us get to know your child better and it also gives you an opportunity to share any details about your little one that you would like his or her teacher to be aware of.
Your children’s safety is extremely important to us, so upon checking in you will be given security code labels, one for you and one for your child. After the service, parents are asked to show their security code prior to checking out their child.
Again, keeping your children safe is one of our highest priorities. All of our children’s ministry leaders and volunteers are required to have a background check and are screened and specially trained for children’s ministry. If you are a parent and you’re interested in joining our OFC Kids ministry team, please email us at email@example.com. Volunteering even just once a month really strengthens our team and helps us make a positive impact on our children!
